  1. CC Can anyone explain why the monitor distance vertical is displaying 51 across all xS, when i first entered the settings it was showing the actual numbers and not just 51.
  2. (I should preface this by saying that I play on a 3440 x 1440 monitor, which is ultrawide, or an aspect ratio of 2.39:1) I am currently trying to decide which MDC (Monitor Distance Coefficient) value will allow me to have the most consistent mouse feeling across all games. 0% seems like it should be the best but many games seem to default to a MDC value of 133%. In games that don't have a Monitor Distance Coefficient setting, should I assume the value is 0%, 133% or something else?
  3. Hello, I hopped on the bandwaggon of Monitor Coefficient 0% a couple of months ago. This is working great for me in Games likes Battlefield 4 and Apex. I think I figured it out quite nicely. Just yesterday I played Overwatch 2 for the first time, with the lower fixed FOV of 103 the Monitor Distance conversion worked great! This is how I did the initial conversion: https://www.mouse-sensitivity.com/?share=816105ed68de2381d783e4bb59ee3b6d everything seems fine.. than I watched a couple of Guides to get a bit more into Overwatch and they said to set the "Relative Aim Sensitivity While Zoomed" to specific values, which I did: (Widowmaker/Ana 37.93 - Ashe 51.53) The scoped sens felt as expected. Later I checked back with the sensitivity converter and saw differing values for Widowmaker/Ana and Ashe in the conversion results: (Widowmaker/Ana 51.21 - Ashe 69.56) I tried these results but the sens feels to quick when scoped in. I know discovered, that these "Relative Aim Sensitivity While Zoomed" depend on the monitor resolution / aspect ration: now my question is firstly why? and secondly, why does the 16:9 ratio conversion feels more like MD0% on my ultrawide monitor than native? Original conversion (3840x1600px on input and output): https://www.mouse-sensitivity.com/?share=816105ed68de2381d783e4bb59ee3b6d Second conversion (3840x2160px on output with different "sens while zoomed"): https://www.mouse-sensitivity.com/?share=17d2ddb5984b313600b286170166636b Hope can could make myself understandable – sorry for my english, non-native speaker here.. best regards!
  4. Hello, as the title says I've been messing around with this setting in mw and according to most of the aim enthusiasts in this website, 0 is the best setting as it scales towards the center of the screen whereas any other scaling like 1.78/1.33 does towards the edges. I use a low sens of 2.5/1600dpi at 110 fov/affected. And for some reason I'm not able to control the recoil of some guns at 0, is this because mw uses a vertical scaling rather than horizontal? So wouldn't it make more sense to have a 1.78/1.33 mdc as you pull down towards the bottom of the screen away from the center? I tried 1.78 like all the wz pros do and it felt so smooth and easy. So my theory is, maybe in games with vertical mdc scaled games 0 isn't the best bet as there rarely is any tracking vertically, or am I wrong? My other query is whether mdc only matters when zoomed/ads in or does is it come into play at hipfire too? Because games like cs and valorant come with a mdc of 1.33 and 1.78 respectively(which cannot be changed) and there rarely is any zooming in. People have insane aim in these games without using 0. If 0 is the most mathematically sound number interms of aiming why don't the devs provide a way to change this in these games forcing us to use 1.78/1.33? So when its unchangeable shouldn't you use 1.78 in wz to be good at valorant too? Any input is appreciated and please correct me if I have understood something wrong along the way
