What would be the 1:1 zoom sensitivity ratio for the 2.5x Operator zoom?

What I mean by that is on CS to get awp 1:1 it is .82 zoom sens, what would the equivalent be for the operator? Hopefully that makes sense.

that can hardly be called 1;1 (at all)

the simple method is to find the games default scaling in this case csgo 133.333vertical distance and use the sites scale function

100% scale is 1.0 on the games  default scale so you just need to change it in that regard

you can also set it to 0% and scale to your preference

No, you can only match the sensitivity for one zoom at the moment. Hopefully they will add individual settings in the future!

Are you sure you got the zoom sens multiplier for the vandal (and the other weapons of that category) right? I used 0% MDH (to scale by focal length) and the result ist 0.87, which seems to slow to me. I used the same conversion before and I thought it felt right.

Yes, unless they changed something the last day. The default multiplier 1 is equal to MDH 100%, so MDH 0% will be a lower value.

Thanks for the quick reply. Weirdly, the 0.87 feels good to me with the guardian, which is supposed to be 0.814.

I don't have access to the game right now, but does the zoom levels in the calculator still correspond to the zoom levels of the weapons as described in-game?

Yes, seems so.

I think input frequency might be tied to frame rate. Friend has a key and seems to think there is mouse accel, he capped FPS and it went away.

Could be placebo but might be worthwhile looking into.

Would be sad if that was the case, not gonna play with variable sensitivity in a competitive game...

Use monitor distance horizontal 0%

id imagine that is could be frame time spikes that make the sense feel different at times (apex and some other games have this issue )  but if there was actual acceleration we would have already had someone bitching about it

Yeah, didn't detect anything like that when analyzing the game. Only issue I found was a small amount of what I think is packet loss, but it's less than 0.1%. Will do a more detailed analysis when I get access to the game, but what I found was nothing humanly detectable.

However the game might behave differently on different hardware, that's always a possibility.

anyone who  knows the aim multiplier for valorant to get same 360° distance for a operator as awp in cs go? i got ‭1,2712071 (calculations in 3 screenshots)

obv the sensitivity is "same" for the games using the 3.1818 value to convert the sensitivity.

also is the 360 distance even right value to look at when trying to get same degree distance flicks for valorant as in cs go?

did i calculate this right with right settings ? https://www.mouse-sensitivity.com/?share=7077c0cc89f9c08a350faf510389b2bd

A bit confused on what I should be using for MDV or MDH and what %.

I played csgo on a sens of 2 with 400 dpi, 16:9 with scoped sens of 0.818933.

What MDV or MDH should I use?

I used what shroud said of dividing the sense by 0.318 and got 0.63, and it seemed like it was good, but when I went to practice mode I was over aiming a lot.

This is what I tried https://www.mouse-sensitivity.com/?share=14379eff6073db750384bffb3e0fec0c

Should I change anything or is this correct?

matching the 360 distance will not help you with aim in this case as long as the games fov differs

Under CSGO it says what I pasted below. So should I use MDV 133% to convert it?

Affected by:
FOV: checkmark.png (Monitor Distance Vertical 133.3333%)

133.333% is the default the game scales with (at 1.0 ads )

valorant has it on 100% hor

so it is really up to you  and your preference there certainly is no harm in trying

0% is just generally considered to be the better universal choice

I'm a bit retarded when it comes to this, so if my csgo scoped sens is 0.818933, that means it's no longer 133%, correct?

But my 'hipfire' sens is 133% because I was at 2 sens in csgo.

0.818933 is equiv to 100% horizontal?

Is this correct then https://www.mouse-sensitivity.com/?share=dcdce4fc77e07044bd71973c6e44845a

Bro the best universal thing for converting between games of different fovs is to monitor distance horizontal 0% everything as it makes your tracking aim practically the same

So dont use 133% at all just 0% also 0% is the same zoom scaling as 0.818933 in csgo

if you want the same rotation (id recommend matching your fov and sticking to 360 hipfire or 0% match at the same fov /comes down to about the same  )

for ads you can stick to 133.33% vertical if all games you play and have got extensive " muscle memory" on that scale

generally it is however recommendable to just stick to 0% for ads and scopes

image.png.4a79e8ff080c234541df51038982e8ec.png

image.png.fd786de33bbba2f6b4d1630a8dd37918.png

so depending on your preference  you choose either of them and use he auto fov to stick to the fov of your preference in this case 103 hdeg would be beneficial when used across games

Hey guys ! New subscriber here !  I just did a conversion for my desktop sensitivity to Valorant. Desktop 6/11 400dpi translated to 1.072 in Valorant for hip fire. It feels about the same far as I can tell with the eyeball test - Is it really that simple ?! Or perhaps I'm missing something :)

how do you calculate the aim multiplier to be same as awp then? for example if i get flanked and i need to do 180 reflex flick scoped in

in valorant right now every flick that I just throw out of my memory falls between my crosshair and the target right between. even small flicks feel like i need to drag my mouse over the table. i'm using same sensitivity as in cs go and with rifles reflex shots are not problem only with scoped snipers.

makes sense  since the fov is different between the games only thing you can do is try both same as awp is 133.333 mdh scope /ads
