My Fortnite hipfire sensivity is 0.5, DPI is 800. Whenever i try to convert that, it says "Calculated sensitivity too high for Hipfire: 50.500000 (max is 20)". I tried converting hipfire to hipfire, but still the same message. Thanks in advance! Set the Location in Fortnite to In-game. Contrololol 1 Link to comment

The Archlich
What does MDV0 mean? Can you have same 360 distance on all scopes in this game? Link to comment

Same 360 distance on all scopes would be terrible. MDV 0% basically means that the tracking speed of each scope is the same, like when tracking a moving target across the screen. Link to comment
FeroCT
Does anyone know if the ADS fov is fixed or if it's a multiple of your general fov? Link to comment

It's a multiple, and if you fill out your configured FOV it will automatically be calculated by the calculator if you select ADS as aim See the Actual HFOV in the output. Link to comment

Well, I use same 360 distance on all scopes in all games and I'm owning. That's the only way you can learn to use your muscle memory properly. Otherwise you just have to eyeball everything which is way slower and has many disadvantages (eg. you can't aim if you can't see the enemy, like flash grande for example). Well, I won't play the game then. Link to comment

If you have the same 360 distance, let's say 20 cm, for hipfire, 6x and 10x, the 6x and 10x would be insanely fast. Link to comment
Traxilla
I assume if i put 1.2857 as cl_fovScale and sens as 1.7 (I use the same in csgo) It would be exactly the same as CSGO right? @DPI Wizard Link to comment

Assuming the scale is a multiple of 70, and Overwatch's Hdeg Res is 103, shouldn't the multiple be more like 1.2376? You are correct, was a small error there sonorciff and zdfgzdfg 2 Link to comment

Reinstalling Battlefield 5 right now just to check what my settings were sorry I am honestly a bit slow, its pretty tough trying to understand all this gettign it perfect. My FOV on battlefield v was 74, my hipfire sensitivity 20% and ads multiplier was at 70%, what I'm asking is if it is possible to translate this into Apex Legends at the moment through ingame options? I move my mouse X inches to rotate Y degrees. With same 360 distance the speed is the same no matter the zoom level. I think you are getting confused by and optical illusion, cause it in fact LOOKS faster (cause of FOV), but you actually cover the same in-game distance. And it is possible in most PC games (PUBG, BFV etc.). I usually have trouble with console imports like Destiny 2 or this game exactly. Edited February 7, 2019 by borysn Link to comment

I usualy have trouble with console imports like Destiny 2 or this game exactly. Tell me what are your settings in PUBG and BFV? Because if you have the same 360 distance on hipfire and 15x/10x scopes you have a very special preference. Yes, you cover the same degrees pr. inch mouse movement, but with for instance the 15x scope in PUBG your entire screen only covers 6.67 degrees compared to (usually) 103 degrees in first person hipfire. This means that if moving the crosshair 10 inches on the monitor require 1.6 inches in hipfire it will only require 0.1 inches with 15x scope if the 360 distance is the same. And that is insanely fast. Link to comment
xdxdflamerdog
Howdy fellas, was wondering if anyone can "clarify" something for me just so I know I'm not messing up, trying to transfer my Battlefield 5 sensitivities over to Apex, my BFV FOV was 74 , my hipfire sensitivity was 20% and the "multiplier" was 70%. In this screenshot, does this look like the *correct* version for my hipfire? sorry to be a pain Link to comment
