It's been a while, but this issue is resolved now. The sensitivity is directly affected by your horizontal desktop resolution, regardless of what you have configured in the game, and whether you are running in windowed or fullscreen.
This game can't be added. As typical for RE Engine games, this also has the mouse input emulate an analog stick, so there's both deadzones, acceleration and smoothing making the input terribly inaccurate.

Fera has a huge amount of negative acceleration, and none of the usual Unreal Engine fixes solves the issues, so it can't be added.
