As it turns out, vehicle sensitivity for BF3 and BF4 is the same, so just use the same numbers. If it feels different, it’s because the games may have different max speed you can turn the turret. Its free game and can be downloaded here http://sauerbraten.org/ Manuals say that its sense must be similar to quake values but it actually differs a lot. So some precise measurement needed.
