  1. i nver said it was the best choice . 0% is generally the best choice from a mathematical standpoint these numbers only makes sense if you have used u.s.a before and have gotten used to the feel
  2. try these values they use 100% horizontal monitor distance for as/scope mind that 1.0 is the best method to use nontheless
  3. if you used uniform soldier aiming in bf4 set your monitor distance to 100 horizontal for the scopes and match the hipfire fov and 360 distance then use the all option on apex and enable per zoom level setting for all the scopes to fit uniform soldier aiming
  4. that training uses progressive zoom during the training it shows pretty well that even mid aim a change of zoom doesnt impact him most other methods would not allow for that
  5. far too many players do especially thenew ones that dont tend to think far enough to just trial and error
  6. try disabling ads fov setting in the calculator,
  7. yes and make sure the vaalues on actual fov match
  8. he once mentioned that on stream he accidentally had it on 450 at one point and just kept using it , dont copy someone leses setting use what works for you then you are set
  9. just used edpi as a tool to demonstrate the insanely high sensetivity value chief feedback taken
  10. https://www.polygon.com/2015/3/5/8158001/destiny-animation-motion-sickness just found this article this might explain some of the given fov if this is actually the reason for the weird fovv id rather have more fov
  11. would that mean that the fov given in the calc might not reflect the current values ?
  12. matching hip fire 360 +fov works perfectly for me can hardly complain i have tried using only 1 kind of scope before and that hardly worked end ended up restricting me too much
  13. you should try using360 hip + 75% / 100% monitor distance scope this should work the best i n your case since that is pretty much what csgo uses (use 1x scopes only then you are perfect at siege ) also read this
  14. would be nice if @DPI Wizard could verify with the steam launch
  15. if you use the all setting with 100% horizontal scaling 1.0 adds withn match perfectly
  16. if you want to use all scopes using the games native scaling is your only choice( try 75% horizontal monitor distancefor ads and scope) csgo doesnt support per scope values
  17. if it is only offset by 4% because of this single file changing the number and setting that file to 100% and locking it would be interesting (edit) my file does not seem to have that line would be more than interested i having the fov numbers verified
  18. the videos author mentioned that flaw already but the one thing that likely confuses most users of this method is the lack of availability across multiple games( and the lack of per gun scaling ) csgo / siege and some other games just dont offer the proper methods to changee more than one scope reliable and the odds of any kind of developer actually reworking a whole system like this rather small whilst using 100%/75% horizontal ("uniformsoldier aim") might not be the best method it is certainly the one that has been used the most across games
  19. if you want to have the same settings it is generally recommended to go from the game that is more restrictive to the game which is less restrictive so you can use the same 360 distance you can just change your fov / ads vlaues slightly to use properly scaled values (fov= 70.5328 ) in your ini file Siege Sensitivity 1: MouseYawSensitivity=15 Sensitivity 2: AimDownSightsMouse=26 Multiplier 1: MouseSensitivityMultiplierUnit=0.02 Multiplier 2: XFactorAiming=0.059395 360° distance: 2.7925 inches Config FOV: DefaultFOV=70.5328 Actual VFOV: 70.53 degrees Actual HFOV: 103 degrees now that i am typing this let me just take a quick second to notify you your incredible high edpi(dpi+ingame value) of 19,530 not recommendable whatsoever (for most fps games 2000 to 4000 is common ) https://jscalc.io/calc/vqOrqXRpMgmwb8tV if you dont want to hinder yourself in the long run give this a try you might actually be a good test subject for the new slower scaling method
  20. if you use all with ads in siege it automatically calculates the right values to fit your settings here . you generally want to use what the calculator provides you (since those values tend to offer scaling)
  21. chokes on unreasonable fast 360 distance (if you change your fov in youre siege ini to 70.5328 it should fit your overwatch fov better)
  22. pros using certain settings doesnt make them reasonable , you can get used to everything the settings given here just tend to help retain / gain the muscle memory quicker
