I would like to leave the Hipfire (360 º) and the MW ADS (2019) equal or the closest to Apex Legends, that was the closest I could leave, all right, someone could help me.

Convert with 0% monitor distance if you have 0.8 multiplier across the board in Apex, as Apex uses 0% and you have added a 0.8 multiplier on top of that (which can be replicated with a DPI switch).

Hipfire was a little bit off, fixed now.

In-game or in the calculator? Both should work, but in-game doesn't save the FOV.

Seems like a bug in the beta indeed, ADS sensitivity does now work yet.

Updated it now.

Fixed, was just the wrong default FOV.

love you 🥰

whats the difference between affected and independent on the ADS Field of View section?

It tells you what each setting does in game on the right fyi. Independent means that the ads fov will always be the same no matter the hipfire fov while Affected will change the ads fov to be more in line with the hipfire, on higher (100+ hfov) fovs Affected might be more comfortable since the slight zoom in you get with Independent can be a little jarring.

When does it stop?

There's just " Please select a game to start calculating " in the CALCULATIONS.

I can check "GAME INFO", but there's no calculations.

I use "Monitor Distance - Horizontal".  Is this problem??

oh and sorry, I'm not English guy. maybe my post's english is not good...

Wow, so many lucky people! The game actually starts for you... XD

Just a hint: If you run Auto-Hotkey for some reason, make sure to end it before starting MW, otherwise the game will end itself.

Dont know whats with you guys, but for me the mouse-aiming was absolute trash until i changed the prioritiy from the game in the taskmanager to normal. (It was on high)

Doing the opposite (changing from normal to high) could help out on some system, too.

I already started to think the calculation may be wrong, after i tried to calculate from 3 different games and getting the same results and the same sluggish mousemovements ingame.

But then found the tip, its straight from reddit and do actually work, for me at least.

hey dpi wizard are you going to add a config option for the modern warfare calculator?

^ The config file in the beta was encrypted.

It may be possible to edit with a hex editor, but given the menu supports two decimal places it should not need a config file edit.

I'm wanting to convert my Fortnite sens to MW. Using simple mode, I typed my Fortnite sens (.07, 800 dpi) in and it's telling me 5.89 sens for MW. The calculated 360 distances are the same. Is this all I have to do? I saw some comments about using your monitor distance instead of cm 360 but I'm not sure how to do that. Is there something I'm missing?

That's all you have to do yes, make sure the all the settings match your MW config though (ADS Field of View., ADS Mouse Sensitivity and FOV). The monitor distance option is only available for Advanced Mode. Simple Mode will use 360 distance for hipfire calculations.

So if in MW I plan on using 110 FOV, compared to Fortnite which is locked at 80, the calculator will take that into account when finding my MW sens?

So the game gonna go live pretty soon and i thought i'd ask my question here and maybe get an answer .

when going from a game that you have found your sensitivity in like csgo to a game that has different scopes and such do you match the Fov of csgo to your hipfire or the scope you will be using the most ?

like do i match my fov to hipfire ot do i match it so that when i scope in i get that Fov ?

Find the matching method that corresponds to your scope sensitivity in CSGO (for instance MDH 0% if you use 0.818933 and AWP), and use the same method for MW for hipfire as the source. Also be sure to match the FOV for hipfire.

why is the sensitivity not adjusting to the fov changes?

Probably because you are using 360 distance as the matching method, and the 360 distance does not change with FOV changes for hipfire.

so unlike pubg you get an increase in sensitivity but not in this game to be clear?

Correct, you can see this in the game info where "Affected by FOV" is either yes or no for hipfire.

Sorry to be dumb here but just want to make sure i get it

Cod hipfire : csgo hipfire and fov

cod scopes : csgo scope sensitivity MDH 0% ( i do use 0.818933 ) ?

COD scopes also from csgo hipfire and MDH 0%, but it will actually be the same result with scopes since it's already matched to hipfire.

BTW COD uses MDH 0% by default, so if you first match FOV and hipfire sensitivity from CSGO you can just leave the multipliers to 1.
