Same issue as most other RE games unfortunately, the mouse behaves like joystick so it's impossible to do any calculations.

This game was recently removed from the calculator since the sensitivity is extremely inaccurate. There's all kinds of acceleration and smoothing, and impossible to get a consistent result.

Still a ton of smoothing in this game unfortunately, not possible to do any calculation

An update on this game, the devs have changed sensitivity completely at least once. It makes a bit more sense now (it used to be an s-curve, now it looks more exponential), but it doesn't scale in any logical manner. If they keep it that way I'll try to work it out, but as of now it requires a lot of work for something that might change at any time.
