I think the mouse is mapped to a joystick. I couldn't get any artificial mouse inputs to work and there's a minimum and maximum speed you can turn... just like a joystick.

This only has a top-down shooter perspective, right? If so your Windows sensitivity should suffice.

Is it possible to add System Shock: Enahnced Edition?  The source port got updated several months ago that allowed for full mouse look capabilities.

I investigated settings more and understood that Hotline Miami 1 is same as Windows Desktop sensitivity. Hotline Miami 2 is not, but its so console port. I have calculated it with 2 tools and mousepad so it feels close enough. I don't mind if it's not possible to calculate anyway. That sensitivity slide is so clumsy.

Pretty sure its the same as titanfall 2 with HFOV 16:9. 1.0 is 0% monitor match just going off feel
